Water For Cichlids

Hello everyone,

for many years I have an aquarium containing tropical fish of various kinds ... now I want to do one with the Cichlids.

The aquarium is 200 L, a small question: is reverse osmosis water good for these fish, or does it take half of the tap? Or all of the tap?

... any other advice is welcome ...

Hello William, The reverse osmosis water can be used by cutting it with tap water for half I have been doing so for years for my tanks with always optimal values.

it depend what kind of cichilids you want to keep; some need light water other (african rift valley cichlids) need hard water.
